You can use the Temperature on 1D Elements option in the Temperature dialog box to define temperature loads certain types of 1D elements. Depending on the type of 1D element on which you’re defining the load, you can specify:

The average temperature at ends A and B of the element (CROD, CONROD, and CTUBE elements)

The cross-sectional temperature gradients at ends A and B of the element (CBAR, CBEAM, and CBEND elements).

Note: 
With Nastran, the average temperature that you specify directly for an element takes precedence over the temperature the software interpolates from an element’s connected nodes.

basic commands are used as following: meshing,convection as constrain, load as heat flux, with Nastran solver for thermal simulation or thermal analysis in nx siemens.
